Jan, I'm not picking on you, but if you want change then run for a position. As you read thru these postings and comments, it will turn into a political free-for-all with no real solutions. My candidate is better than yours, so no and so forth. All politicos started with good intentions (or at least claim to have) and forgot where they came from or became indentured to special interest groups
If we don't offer a solution to a problem, nothing gets fixed. And the wheel continues to go around and around. We always look to others to fix our problems, never accepting responsibility for what we have allowed to happen.

Seven, I agree whole heartly about the Monorail. It should be expanded North, South, East and West. As far as that goes, we need a fast track train to So. Cal. and beyond. That would help both sides of the fence.
But please don't be critical of the few jobs that this will bring to mostly local workers and the supporting businesses. We need this and 100 more just like it.

Seven, dude relax... the GC is nonunion. They will employ a bunch of folks who need this work. Those tax dollars will turn over about six times helping out our economy. I really don't think this is a bad thing.
