Comedian and actor Dane Cook continued his Isolated Incident: Global Thermo Comedy Tour with three nights of stand-up at The Pearl Concert Theater in the Palms over Memorial Day weekend, and our contributing photographer Erik Kabik was front and center for this great collection.
Law & Order regular Bob Kelly, who’s also featured on Comedy Central, was Dane’s opening act. The tour will hit Britain, Australia and South Africa after wrapping its American dates. Here's a video of Dane in performance mode:
Also check out this video in which Dane explains his new free iPhone app so you can travel on tour with him and see and listen to his life backstage.
You’ll hear in Dane’s own words how he dealt with the loss of his parents from cancer in the span of a year and how his half-brother Daryl has been charged with siphoning off millions of Dane’s money. The 37-year-old comic admits to his audiences that those dark moments and a couple of box office flops came as a surprise, and here in Las Vegas, he didn’t hold back on the tales.
