Playboy Playmate Claire Sinclair, Miss October 2010, began rehearsals this week for her return to MGM Grand’s Crazy Horse Paris, and life is bursting at the seams for the 19-year-old. She’s already been unofficially tipped as the 2011 Playmate of the Year, but she’s mum on the subject, with red lips sealed tight.

Claire is the bright, bubbly newcomer on E!’s Holly’s World, and she’s spokesmodel of the Bettie Page boutiques and fashion line headquartered at Planet Hollywood’s Miracle Mile -- all before she turns 20 on May 25.

If that’s not enough, she’s resumed her romance with Hugh Hefner’s son Marston, 21, after a breakup because of his starting college at the University of San Francisco and her work schedule shuttling between L.A. and Las Vegas.

The bountiful brunette debuted in CHP last October and returns Wednesday for a twice-nightly, one-week run as the youngest-ever guest star. She’ll go topless again and showcase her ample charms clad in just sexy stockings and high heels. CHP opened here in 2001, 50 years after the original debuted in the French capital by founder Alain Bernardin.

Just a day after starting rehearsals, Claire told me: “I was pleasantly surprised that I remembered the routines. That now opens up the possibility of creating a whole new act because we just have to polish up the ones I already know! We’re going to work on that the next couple of days. Every day I did the show here last October, I got a little more comfortable with it. By the end I was mortified that it was over.

“I loved the routine. I loved going in every night and doing two shows. I loved the adrenaline rush, but the second it stopped, I was really depressed. I wanted to keep doing it. I didn’t think I’d get to do it again for at least another year because of my Playboy contract, but Crazy Horse went out of their way to make it happen. I’m very blessed I get to do it again.”

I asked Claire about her recent trip to France with gal pal Holly Madison, when both watched CHP and met the dancers. “For me, it was a completely different vibe from Las Vegas. The girls’ bodies were even different, and their breasts were a lot smaller. Their acting was a lot different, almost dramatic. Some of them have a very intense act. I hope they bring some of those acts to Las Vegas because they were beautiful.”

Claire says she’s slightly hindered being a year away from 21, so two days after the run ends, she’ll work with them to develop her own act that she can perform around America. “Ideally, I would like to come back to Crazy Horse every season -- four times a year -- here, but with all the things I have to do for Playboy, that’s impossible right now,” she said. “I’ve still got to turn 21 to legally host in a nightclub setting. Our way around that is developing an act to perform in clubs because if I can perform, then I can host.”

She heads to New York after CHP to select her show’s wardrobe: “The people from La Blonde who have designed dresses for Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Madonna, everyone who has extravagant, flamboyant dresses, they’ve worked with. They are going to do something over the top for me.” She promises to wear it in May when she’s back here for a red carpet. Meantime, she’ll take part in a 4-hour meet-and-greet at Bettie Page opening at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace on April 22.

“They just opened a store at Mall of America, too, in Minneapolis. They have stores in San Diego, San Francisco, Hollywood, two now in Las Vegas so I’ll be touring those in the coming months,” she added.

Then Claire let two juicy gossip gems slip: She’s filming her upcoming trip with Marston, Hef and fiancee Crystal Harris, plus the magazine mogul’s son Cooper and his girlfriend, when they travel to London for the opening of a Playboy Club there, the second after the one at the Palms. She also films the wedding in June.

I had to push about Marston! “The romance is back on,” she told me. “We’re having a good time together. We broke up when he had to go off to college, but then we got back together once we’d worked out the traveling and free time. I’m not going to say you’ll see us getting married any time soon, but we’ll take life as it comes and see what happens.

“I’ve got a lot of work coming up. My life really has exploded since the artist Olivia discovered me for her pinup portraits. All of these opportunities came from being painted by her. I got really lucky. She brought me to The Mansion to meet Hef because everybody saw that Bettie Page look about me. It all took off from there.

“I really do believe all the comparisons everybody has made about me looking like Bettie and Barbie Benton have helped. It’s the girl-next-door look, someone who is approachable and is a wholesome, real person, not someone who is unattainable. Hef is a huge fan of the pinup look, the retro look and Bettie Paige.

“It’s really quite weird because when I’m up at The Mansion, there’ll be photos of Barbie with Hef. I do a double take because it looks exactly like Marston and me. It’s really a trip because I’ll ask when we took that photo, and then it’s, ‘Oh my gosh, that’s Barbie and Hef!’ ”

Claire is looking forward to May 25: “Then I have just one year to go before The Big 2-1. I’m already starting to talk about what I’m going to do for it and making plans already. That will really be the life-changer then.”
