Flamingo headliner Marie Osmond walked down the aisle today with someone very familiar to her family and her. Osmond, 51, remarried Stephen Craig, 54, her first husband, at the Las Vegas Mormon Temple.
“I am so happy and look forward to sharing my life with Stephen, who is an amazing man, as well as a great father to my children,” Osmond, who resides in Henderson, said in a statement to People. Access Hollywood reported the remarriage, which had been whispered about for months.
Marie headlines at the Flamingo with brother Donny Osmond and also is busy with a flourishing doll collection business. Stephen and she first wed 29 years ago and divorced three years later. They have one son, Stephen, now 28. Access Hollywood reported that Osmond wore the same Ret Turner wedding dress she donned when the couple first wed in 1982.
The date of the wedding is the birth date of Osmond’s late son Michael -- with Brian Blosil, her second husband -- and late Osmond matriarch Olive. Osmond wed Blosil in 1986 and divorced in 2007. They have two children and adopted five more.
Donny and Marie Osmond recently performed a holiday show on Broadway and released an album, and their hit show on the Strip has been retooled. A new, more intimate building wrap of the brother and sister recently went up at the Flamingo.
