Pop prince and actor Justin Timberlake has arrived for his annual Shriners Hospitals for Children Open charity golf tournament at TPC Summerlin and had dinner at Old Homestead Steakhouse in Caesars Palace on Monday night. He enjoyed Tignanello wine from Italy with his oysters, Kobe meatball and a 16-ounce signature bone-in filet. Five pals and he were there for three hours.

On Sunday night, comedian George Lopez dined at Old Homestead with his fiance and two business colleagues sharing Dom Perignon and the towering seafood platter. Like Justin, George devoured the filet.

Hip-hop artist and reality TV star Joseph “Run” Simmons (aka Rev Run) was at “Titanic: the Artifact Exhibition” and “Bodies: the Exhibition” at the Luxor with his wife and two children. They said that they’d bring their other four children next time. They posed for photographs on the Titanic’s grand staircase.

Justin Bieber’s opening act and fellow Canadian Cary Rae Jepsen and her boyfriend Matthew Koma were on the patio of chef Akira Back’s Yellowtail in the Bellagio, where they took many photos of themselves with the Bellagio Fountains before dancing up a storm in the nearby Bank Nightclub. When DJ Karma played her hit “Call Me Maybe,” her brother went down on bended knee -- to serenade her!

At Marquee in the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Adrian Grenier (“Entourage”) partied with a group of 20 friends in a cabana, while Paris Hilton tweeted, “raging to @Dirty South @MarqueeLV” with the hashtag #WeLoveVegas from the club’s main room.

1995 Miss USA Shanna Moakler partied at Surrender in Steve Wynn’s Encore with a group of 10 while ex-husband drummer Travis Barker was at the Cosmopolitan’s Boulevard Pool performing with Blink-182.

Also at Surrender, NHL Hall of Fame goalie Grant Fuhr celebrated his 50th birthday.

Australian Pink Floyd performed at the Pearl in the Palms on Saturday night.

Actress Lacey Chabert (“Party of Five, “Mean Girls”), in town celebrating her 30th birthday, and actress friend Kaley Cuoco (“The Big Bang Theory”) watched “Absinthe” at Caesars Palace on Saturday and after the show posed for photographs with the cast.

Blink-182 singer and guitarist Tom DeLonge and friends; boxer “Sugar” Shane Mosley and Portland Trail Blazers player Jared Jeffries; and “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Taylor Armstrong were all at separate tables in STK at the Cosmopolitan.

“Dancing with the Stars” alumnus and NFL free agent Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson enjoyed burgers and shoestring fries at LBS Burger in Red Rock Resort.

Luxor comedy headliner Carrot Top was at Rock Vegas with Hellyeah in their dressing room and then watched part of their set at Mandalay Bay.

Retired boxer Lennox Lewis and NFL free agent Jeremy Shockey dined at Tao in the Venetian on yellowtail sashimi and N.Y. sirloin before heading up to the nightclub for DJ Chuckie.

Pro bodybuilder Craig “The Diamond” Richardson dined at Greens and Proteins in Henderson, enjoying a healthy Green Shake and Bison Burger. Master magician Lance Burton and comedians Fielding West and Mike Hammer also stopped there and enjoyed turkey burgers and Green Shakes.
