Singer Mel B of Spice Girls fame and former headliner in “Peepshow” at Planet Hollywood celebrated her 38th birthday Saturday with a daytime party at Encore Beach Club in Steve Wynn’s Encore, followed by dinner at the adjoining Andrea’s and more partying afterward at Surrender.

The new judge on Season 8 of NBC’s “America’s Got Talent,” which premieres Tuesday night, Mel B got the party started at EBC by spraying husband Stephen Belafonte, Los Angeles Lakers star Metta World Peace (aka Ron Artest) and friends with champagne on the deck of their private, second-floor bungalow. Belafonte then toasted to his toned better half’s birthday.

While moving to the sounds of DJ Martin Solveig, Mel B and company made their way down to the DJ’s VIP area, where they ran into Wynn Las Vegas resident DJ Lil Jon, and Scary Spice gave a shout-out to the daytime revelers.

Dinner at Andrea’s was indulgent. The happy coupled shared executive chef Joseph Elevado’s shishito peppers, shellfish platter, wagyu and lobster roll, salmon tartare, hamachi sudachi, crispy tuna, chicken pot stickers, miso black cod, oysters and five-spice lobster before sweet treats and a birthday cake for dessert. Mel B and her group continued the birthday celebration at Surrender, where Lil Jon and Sidney Samson were spinning the wheels of steel.

Mel B’s birthday was Wednesday. Robin Leach’s Q+A with Mel B was posted on Thursday. Thanks to Denise Truscello and David Becker of WireImage for their photo galleries at Encore Beach Club and Andrea’s, respectively.
