It’s a big Las Vegas night on television: Magic superstar and Luxor headliner Criss Angel premieres his Spike TV series “Believe” with a death-defying, 60-foot-high walk across two swinging steel beams slung across the ceiling at our Fashion Show mall.

We first reported in May the amazing stunt for which the illusionist was blindfolded and then taped under an executioner’s hood. He trained with high-wire artists from Cirque du Soleil’s “Zarkana” at Aria. You’ll catch a little of me in the show as Criss returns — obviously emotionally drained — safely to terra firma.

• Episode 5 of “Being: Mike Tyson” on Fox Sports is titled “On the Shoulders of Giants.” Mike reflects on his legacy, connecting with the great fighters who conquered the boxing ring before him. It’s an emotional and teary episode, first visiting the grave of Jack Johnson and later spending time with his personal hero, Muhammad Ali.

Mike goes full circle, winding up with those who now look up to him for his fight skills, including UFC fighter Johnny Hendricks, who invites Mike to watch a training session, and then attending a UFC event with the sport’s President Dana White.

• If you’re up early Wednesday morning, you can catch me live from New York on “Fox & Friends” with Elizabeth Hasselbeck, Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade. If that’s too early for you, I also will be a guest of fellow Brit Stuart Varney, who is hosting Neil Cavuto’s “Your Business” as the stock market closes on Wall Street.

GREAT SANTA RUN: This year’s Great Santa Run to benefit our beloved charity Opportunity Village is back Dec. 7 with a return to the Fremont Street Experience. Sign-ups are already off to a great start with pledges from the Venetian and Caesars Entertainment properties to each field 1,000-member teams to run in the event. Mayor Carolyn Goodman also is sponsoring a team of 100 city of Las Vegas employees.

This year, organizers of the Liverpool Santa Dash (the main Las Vegas competition in the World Santa Challenge) and representatives from the Santa Run in Tasmania will be in attendance at the downtown excitement. A week before our event, Opportunity Village and LVCVA officials will represent us at the Liverpool dash.

The Quad headliners Recycled Percussion has already agreed to perform, and Rio headliners Chippendales will work out the runners before the starting pistol is fired.
