Producer David Saxe celebrates the 11th anniversary of his “V — The Ultimate Variety Show” at V Theater in Planet Hollywood’s Miracle Mile Shops tonight.

The production, which opened in 2002 and has been voted #1 variety show here, presents a rotating cast of top variety and worldwide specialty acts, including Internet sensations and TV talent show winners.

David’s sister Melinda, The First Lady of Magic, dazzles alongside death-defying roller-skating duo The Skating Aratas. At two shows a night seven days a week, the show has reached nearly 8,000 performances in front of devoted fans, including celebrities and royalty.

Said David: “When I said that I was creating this show, everybody thought I was crazy. Television shows like ‘America’s Got Talent’ try to copy my format.”

David will serve celebratory cake and champagne onstage to cast and crew tonight. Congratulations!
