The new album by Steve Lawrence is dedicated to his late wife, Edye Gorme.

Legendary singer Steve Lawrence’s new CD “When You Come Back to Me Again” was released Tuesday, and on the cover is a dedication to his late wife Edye Gorme, who passed away last August.

They were longtime Las Vegas residents who starred on the Strip for decades. My pal producer Ron Dante, who recorded the new album at Studio at the Palms, told me that country superstar Garth Brooks wrote the title cut.

Listen to the beautiful words, and you’ll discover that Garth and his wife, Trisha Yearwood, sang the background vocals. It’s a really moving song.
