The Venetian and Palazzo last Thursday celebrated the fifth-annual Epicurean Affair foodie extravaganza hosted poolside at Palazzo this year by James Beard Award-winning chef Julian Serrano (Picasso at Bellagio and Julian Serrano at Aria).

Hundreds of guests savored cuisine and cocktails from restaurants and beverage purveyors including Aquaknox, B&B Ristorante, Bouchon, Bourbon Room, Buddy V’s Ristorante, Burger Bar, Carmine’s, Carnevino, DB Brasserie, Delmonico Steakhouse, Ferraro’s, Gilley’s, Herbs & Rye, Il Mulino, Simon, Tao, Texas de Brazil, TyKu, Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio and more.

Proceeds from the Epicurean Affair benefit the Nevada Restaurant Association’s educational and scholarship programs, including ProStart, a national high school culinary skills and restaurant-management program.
