Drummer Travis Barker of Blink-182 and Transplants has double duty in Las Vegas on Saturday night — Blink headlines Rock ’N Roll Wine Amplified’s second night at MGM Resorts Village, then he makes his way up the Strip to host at Hyde Bellagio.

Barker answered five questions via email ahead of his gigs in Sin City.

You have double duty this weekend in Las Vegas — the Rock ’N Roll Wine Amplified Festival and then Hyde Bellagio on Saturday night. Do you prefer to perform indoors or outdoors?

I like either/or. Sometimes it’s nice to be outside. As long as it’s hot, sweaty and high energy, I’m happy.

What is your wine of choice?

Holy wine.

Who are your favorite artists you’re listening to right now?

Prayers is one of my favorites. Also DJ Mustard’s “10 Summers” is a classic.

Is there one thing that you absolutely love to do while you’re in Las Vegas?

I like to sin and get into as much trouble as I can in a 24-hour period.

What are you working on in the New Year as 2014 comes to a close?

My priority is finishing my memoir. My second is my next solo album, the new Blink-182 album, my EP with Hopsin and my other band Transplants’ covers album.
