Three music notes on this hump day:

The Venetian has confirmed that it has signed The Moody Blues to a five-night engagement from Oct. 7-15 at the Venetian theater, formerly home of “Phantom — the Las Vegas Spectacular.”

Tickets go on sale Friday, March 4, for the “Nights in White Satin” stars who have been part of the classic rock scene since the 1960s.

Singer-songwriter Jackson Browne has an Aug. 20 stop at Pearl at the Palms for his summer tour, and tickets go on sale Saturday, March 5.

Caesars Palace headliner Celine Dion has added 27 shows before year’s end. Tickets go on sale Saturday for shows from Sept. 20 through Nov. 26.

To date, Celine has performed 966 shows in the Colosseum since March 2003’s debut, enabling her to reach the 1,000 performance milestone by year’s end. She is performing now through March 12 and May 17 through June 4.

Hot off the grill!

Celebrity chef Charlie Palmer, who has three restaurants here at Mandalay Bay and Four Seasons, is celebrating the 50th anniversary of Havana’s Cohiba cigars with a weekend-long event at his new property Harvest Inn in Napa Valley in California from April 7 through 10.

Ferraro’s is opening a New York-style pizza restaurant at T-Mobile Arena alongside a Goose Island bar where ice chefs carve icebreaker stations nightly at concerts and sporting events. Another dining lounge will feature an ahi tuna poke bar and Vietnamese breads for pork.

Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim will preside over beverage lounges, one of which will feature yard-long frozen cocktails.

Former Sushi Samba at the Palazzo chef Bobby Silva will be executive chef of Sake Rok opening April 4 at The Park outside T-Mobile Arena. Albert Mack, grandson of Jerome Mack of the Thomas & Mack, is opening the hotspot based on Japanese pop culture and fashion.

Nobody’s saying how the Mirage “drove” a refurbished Airstream trailer through its casino to become the centerpiece of its new Still man-cave restaurant. The vehicle, abandoned in Tennessee back hills, was turned into a kitchen for chef Brian Massie’s spin on upscale bar food, including my favorite beer-battered fish and chips. The Still has 27 TVs in its 8,000-square-foot environment and serves more than 50 craft beers.

Chef Paco at El Dorado Cantina

Executive Chef Paco poses at El Dorado Cantina, 3025 Industrial Road, Wednesday July 1, 2015. The Mexican restaurant specializes in meals made with non-GMO, organic ingredients. The beef are grass-fed, the fish are farm-raised and the chicken are free-range, a representative said. Launch slideshow »

El Dorado Cantina has become a hot authentic Mexican restaurant alongside Sapphire Gentlemen’s Club, and not just because the sexy dancers dine there. It’s because chef Paco uses only his mother and grandmother’s recipes, and the ingredients are all-natural organic.

He makes guacamole tableside in a volcanic rock muddling pot. He hasn’t been able to fly his mom and grandmother from Mexico City but has been telling them of the VIPs and celebrities who have become his regulars. He’s planning to fly home this year with menus and cook every dish for them so that they can see what he has created.

Boston-based culinary king Eric Brennan is trekking westward and buying produce en route for his five-course dinner at Alize atop the Palms on March 4. The road trip includes pop-up dinners in Washington, D.C., Florida Gulf and New Orleans.

Eric is shipping to Mark Purdy, Alize’s executive chef, chickens and hams from Tennessee, lobster from Massachusetts and chiles from Albuquerque. It’s all to pay homage to the best farmers, fishermen and ranchers across the country who service our restaurant industry.

To clear up any confusion: Last week’s James Beard Award best chef nominations we reported included Jose Andres of Bazaar Meat at SLS Las Vegas, but it was for his new restaurant SAAM at the Bazaar at SLS Beverly Hills and not for Bazaar itself.

Crazy Horse Paris at Minus 5

ICE COLD! It’s the, ahem, coolest bar. The grand reopening of the newly renovated Minus5 Ice Bar at Mandalay Place is tonight. More than 110 tons of 100 percent Canadian ice was used to furnish the ice lounge. Guests don faux furs, gloves and parkas to stay warm while enjoying frozen zones and drinks.

WILD NIGHT VEGAS APP: It was only a matter of time before the mobile world meshed with the adult world of gentlemen’s clubs. Tonight HBO sexpert and porn star Katie Morgan launched the Crazy Horse III Gentlemen’s Club app. Guests can browse dancer profiles, book topless VIP dances and personalize experiences.

Now you know why the expression “there’s an app for that” was created! Best feature is pre-paying the tab before you arrive so that you know your limits. Blonde beauty Katie, who has more than 250 XXX films to her credit, made her feature-film debut in 2008’s “Zack and Miri Make a Porno” with Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks.

Fox News anchor Sean Hannity dined at Nobu in Caesars enjoying a late-night sashimi and sushi dinner after his show with “Pawn Stars” star Rick Harrison.

Team Celine, her musicians and audio and lighting engineers in two groups, celebrated the success of her return Tuesday with dinner at Spago in the Forum Shops of Caesars. They took over one long table and a section of the patio bar, keeping the kitchen and chef Eric Klein busy after midnight.

Singer Matt Dusk was in the audience for Pia Zadora’s cabaret show at Piero’s, then joined her onstage for a duet.

“Vanderpump Rules” reality-TV star Mike Shay brought his Bravo castmates Stassi Schroeder and wife Scheana Shay to Ghostbar at the Palms for his DJ set. The crowd included “Big Brother” sisters Liz and Julia Nolan, who sprayed the crowd with $1 bills.
