Showbiz superstars from across America and the globe are joining “Mindfreak Live!” at the Luxor star Criss Angel in his Sept. 12 fundraiser for children’s cancer research, treatments and ultimately a cure, and Vegas DeLuxe has a rundown.
The award-winning illusionist’s young son Johnny Crisstopher, who is battling cancer, will make the trip from Australia with his mother, Shaunyl Benson, who also will perform.
The Heal Every Life Possible concert for Johnny Crisstopher Children’s Charitable Foundation is themed “Making Magic, Changing Lives.” More names will be added in the weeks to come, but for now Criss has performance commitments from:
Cirque du Soleil artists, Richie Sambora of Bon Jovi, Gene Simmons of KISS, Dee Snider of Twisted Sister, Taboo of The Black Eyed Peas, Blue Man Group, Gordie Brown, Lance Burton, Terry Fator, Kris Kremo and Tom Green, and promised appearances by Jerry Lewis, Siegfried & Roy, Wayne Newton, Vince Neil, Carrot Top, Gary Oldman, Tony Orlando, Flavor Flav, Miles Brown and Chet Buchanan.
Additional funds will be raised with an auction for which Oprah Winfrey, Jennifer Lopez, Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Dana White’s UFC are donating impressive prizes.
Criss will auction one of his custom motorcycles and a weekend at his 25,000-square-foot home Serenity with private chef and chauffeured Rolls Royce that includes a tour of his 60,000-square-foot workshop warehouse.
I’m also told that the gorgeous girls from “Fantasy” at the Luxor are creating an “ultimate Fantasy” package for the auction. I’ll be bidding on that!
