  1. Can Mr Labus give an estimate of the number of people likely to be infected from the exposure? Is it 10,000, 1000 or 100? Even one case is too many. But it might be useful for the 40,000 people to know their individual degree of risk.

  2. Well Cy from watching the video and what he had to say ,,seems to me he did not say much, but all that they plan on doing. As I see it it should of been taken care of years ago...and through the years. No excuse. As the saying goes the horse is already out of the barn.

Does not help us out much, basically they will check it out, which as stated in other news clippings it is obvious there were many that were not doing "their" job, they should of been checking these clinics out long before this happened.

It really does make me wonder,,who was getting paid under the table to keep their "mouths" shut, or to look the other way.

Not being one that trusts the medical field here in Vegas, it is harder now for me to trust them to do much of anything.

Finding out today that the glass vials that were so criminally reused cost all of 5 cents each if that,,how much more greedy can these places be. Those of us who have insurance pay our copays they were getting paid for their services.

Now that Quest and other facilities are getting the money from insurance companies for those of us who need to be tested, along with the medical bills that can follow if one is infected, I see no end to the medical, financial, and emotional nightmare.

Even more important is the fact that they have invaded our lives with their "unethical" "criminal" "GREEDY" practices, anyone involved with this should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. But not before the public that has been affected gets to have their say.

This is not going to end for a long time, and I don't think there will ever be a number that they can give us on who is or was infected by this malpractice.Too many years have gone by,,and besides that look how many have moved, or reinfected others not knowing that they were infected.

Already with the articles just in this paper, they have tried to weasel their way out of it,,that it is going to be difficult to "actually" say whether the virus's were contacted at these clinics or we were already walking around with them not knowing.

So personally I don't think we will ever know, this will go on for years,,,and sad but true the only ones that are going to suffer are those that are already infected and those that don't know they are infected and pass it to their loved ones.

My heart and prayers go out to everyone that has had any contact with these criminals, as many of us are waiting for our results, including my family and friends who are waiting for theirs.
