About 2,000 college students and supporters rallied at UNLV's campus protesting a proposed 36 percent budget cut to higher education.

  1. Dream on. Here in California Gov. Schwarzenegger is facing a $50 BILLION deficit over the next 18 months. There are going to be MASSIVE education cuts. Apparently you guys in Nevada screwed up your budget like we did. You business majors know that the money has to come from somewhere--you can't just print money like in the movie "The Counterfeiters". Well actually you can. They did that in Zimbabwe and the result was 10,000% inflation. Now they are printing $1 trillion notes. LOL If you can't afford college, then maybe you better drop out.
