A person was found dead in a vacant one-story brick building following a fire, according to Las Vegas Fire & Rescue officials.
The cause of the fire this morning is under investigation, and the person’s identity wasn’t released.
The fire was reported about 4 a.m. in the 2000 block of Paradise Road. No other injuries were reported, officials said.
The fire did an estimated $25,000 damage, officials said.
