A theater manager at Del Sol Academy of the Performing Arts was arrested Thursday on a count of open and gross lewdness, according to Clark County School District Police.
Sgt. Bryan Zink said the alleged crime did not involve a student but didn’t further elaborate.
Matthew Bidart, 27, was being held at the Clark County Detention Center on traffic warrants, jail logs show. The lewdness case had not yet appeared on Las Vegas Justice Court records.
The investigation began in November at the school at 3100 East Patrick Lane, Zink said.
Bidart, who’s been with the district since 2017, was placed on indefinite suspension, Zink said.
