The New York Times wrote today about the 77 new cases of hepatitis C discovered among people treated at the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada, which had a practice of reusing anesthesia syringes on more than one patient.
The NY Times writes that Nevada Gov. Jim Gibbons on Thursday called the newly revealed cases “heartbreaking and disturbing.”
The Wall Street Journal also blogged today about the latest announced cases.
