The Nevada State Athletic Commission is already operating with a change of decision ruling for fighters who test positive for banned substances in mixed martial arts fights. California adopted a similar policy on Tuesday, enacting rule 368 — which "grants the Commission the option to change a victory to a "no decision" if the winning fighter returns a positive drug test result."
