This week, Monday By the Numbers unfurls the stats as related to food and play and a combination thereof.

Featured is Wolfgang Puck’s Bar & Grill in Downtown Summerlin (which is actually in Summerlin, we’re glad to report), which celebrates its first anniversary Thursday. Who doesn’t love a little Puck?
