Hoping to cut future expenses and avoid layoffs, the College of Southern Nevada is offering some faculty the option to apply for a buyout program. Academic and administrative faculty who have worked continually at CSN for at least five years are eligible. Workers who participate would get up to one year's salary after agreeing to resign.
