The document at right raises a lot of questions about the three-arena proposal for downtown as the regents are scheduled to consider an exclusive negotiating agreement with L.A. real estate magnate Ed Roski on Friday.
I wonder if Roski's folks helped the UNLV staffers prepare the document.
