However, this game is far from meaningless. The Rams are returning “home” to Los Angeles for the franchise’s first game in the area since leaving for St. Louis more than 20 years ago.

Tony Romo is coming off an injury and has been limited in training camp. He may not play. Backup quarterback Kellen Moore suffered a season-ending injury. That means the Dallas offense will struggle moving the ball.
Los Angeles should be able to put up some points. Case Keenum will play 15 snaps as the starter and No. 1 overall pick Jared Goff will play through the third quarter. Advantage, Rams.
