Vegas Play of the Day: Cleveland at Toronto in NBA playoffs

Cleveland Cavs at Toronto Raptors, Total Over 198: $550 to win $500: To beat the Cleveland Cavs, the Toronto Raptors are going to have to match them basket for basket. Cleveland has scored 108 and 115 points in the first two games of the Eastern Conference Finals, winning both games convincingly.

The series shifts to Canada tonight for Game 3, meaning it’s now or never for Toronto if it wants to get back into the series. If they score with the Cavs, the plus-2-point underdogs have a chance to steal a game. And if they score with the Cavs, the game will easily finish over the points total.

Cleveland is making 46 percent of its 3-pointers in the playoffs, entering the series with 134 makes on 3-points attempts in just eight playoff games. Aside from scoring points from the free throw line with the clock stopped, the best way to get a basketball game to go over the total is made 3-pointers.

Look for J.R. Smith to continue his hot shooting for Cleveland. And once the baskets start falling, the total will be next. Easy money.
