Cocktail of the Week: The Pisco Trail

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Barsol Pisco Primero
1 oz Marie Brizard Apry
(apricot brandy liqueur)
2 oz Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
2 oz iced mint tea
Juice of two lime wedges
Apricot slices (fresh or canned) for garnish
Sprig of mint for garnish
Method
Build the drink over ice in a
12 ounce Collins glass. Stir well. Garnish with apricot slices and a sprig of mint.

Pisco, a Peruvian brandy made from grapes, is a high-proof, full-flavored spirit. This cocktail is exotic, smooth and slightly sweet but maintains the strong kick for which pisco is known.
