Ingredients
1 oz. Deep Eddy Lemon vodka
1 oz. Cruzan mango rum
1/2 oz. Torani Mojito Mint syrup
Juice of half a lemon
Lemon-lime soda, to fill glass
Sprig of mint for garnish
Mango slice for garnish
Method
Build the drink over ice in a 12-ounce, tall glass. Stir. Garnish with mint and a mango slice.

The first official day of summer is June 21, and while most of us here in Las Vegas have been celebrating summer’s arrival since the pool clubs opened, we’re dedicating this drink to the last, glorious week of spring.
