Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Crown Royal Regal Apple
¾ oz. Fruitations cherry syrup
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. Owl’s Brew Pink & Black (Darjeeling tea and hibiscus mix)
Top up (3 oz.) with Mionetto Prosecco DOC
Sliced green apple for garnish
Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
Method
Shake first four ingredients with ice, then strain into a 14-oz. stemmed glass. Top with prosecco (about 3 oz.) and garnish with apple slices and rosemary.

Like a crisp green apple, this cocktail is sweet but with just enough sour to satisfy. The unexpected blend of flavors (whiskey, apple, cherry, lemon, tea — oh my!) may seem mismatched on paper, but they unite to create a perfectly harmonized and truly delectable drink.
