I think there should be a moratorium put on all building of casinos, houses and apartments, condos, because we have a water shortage. That's one way to help stop the water shortage and decrease usage.

Ever since I've moved here, I've noticed that 95 percent of the drivers that I see in their cars have sunglasses on. And it's not that it's sunny because it's in the winter -- it's wherever. And I'd just like to know is there a reason for that? Is it the latest fad or am I just kind of missing something here? I'm from California, and even coming from the Sunshine State I don't wear sunglasses all the time.

I think it would help reduce DUI drivers if the casinos would stop giving out free drinks. If we cut down their intake and they would have soft drinks -- coffee, tea or cocoa -- I think we might cut down on the accidents.
