Why are schools changing from English as a second language programs where students are taught in English with English materials to bilingual education, meaning the language of choice is Spanish? What about all the other languages that people may speak? Test scores have been declining in Clark County. Teachers and schools and principals are supposed to be accountable but if we're not teaching them in the national language -- English -- which unites us all, how will they ever learn?

I think they should use cloning to enhance the situation with endangered species. That should be the only use for that type of situation for now, until further developments occur.

I really think that (Federal Reserve Chairman Alan) Greenspan has a lot of nerve saying that Social Security cost-of-living raises are too high when his raise in salary is astronomical compared to the average Social Security recipient. I think Social Security only got a 2.6 percent raise and Greenspan gets a 35 percent raise. So tell me if that's fair and is that democratic?
