Why should the construction company or the contractor absorb the cost of replacing this damaged sidewalk? It is almost $11,000, which is not small change. When will parents realize that their children should be held responsible for their acts of vandalism? That cartoon just highlights the decline in moral values being taught to children today. it's a sorry state of affairs.
