I find it was interesting he was denied the use of a phone, and yet this courtesy is extended to the most violent criminals.
Yes, I am not condoning his writing on the cement, what I am objecting to is the treatment of this young man.
A good cement man can cover the writing with no problem. It does not warrant tearing up the concrete to the tune of $11,000. And consider this, that cement sidewalk will be cracked and in disrepair by the time this young boy graduates from high school; cement is not a lasting substance, nor is it known for its longevity.
