Cement kid's mom is not to blame. The school is to blame.
They should have done nothing until they contacted Mrs. Anderson, no matter what the circumstances were.
Just another sad example in the continuing saga of the schools taking over parental authority, school officials disregarding who they're really working for, police acting too hastily.
