He is survived by two daughters, Deborah Matthews of Nampa, Idaho, and Jill Michael of Las Vegas; three sons, Ben Levos and Scott Levos, both of Las Vegas, and Jeffrey Levos of Houston; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
