Within the past month, the Battle Mountain Bugle reported, two eighth-graders were suspended for 10 days and a seventh-grader was suspended for five days.
Vice Principal Sue Davis told school board members that one incident involved a girl who was pinned down in a classroom by a male student while her breasts were fondled by another boy.
Another incident involved male students who stuffed a girl's locker with sexual devices, Davis said.
Prior to the acts, a junior high girl was stalked by another male student and accosted in a hall, Principal Steve Larsgaard said.
"It's pretty involved and we're quite concerned about the behavior of these students," Larsgaard said.
