How the Clark County Commission voted Tuesday to spend tax dollars:
* $2.7 million to Gilbert Western Corp., sole bidder, for reconstruction and widening of Laughlin Civic Drive and Big Bend Drive in Laughlin.
* $1.7 million to Las Vegas Paving, low bidder, for pavement restoration within the Francisco Park area.
