He is survived by his wife, Olga; two daughters, Kimberly E. Johnston and Konstance Speck, and two sons, Kyle F. Rowley and Karter F. Rowley, all of Las Vegas; three brothers, Irvin Rowley of Palm Springs, Calif., Winford Rowley of Springville, Utah, and Stanley Rowley of City of Commerce, Calif.; four sisters, JoAnne Krusee and Jane Rowley, both of City of Commerce, Leonne Hurst of Phelan, Calif., and Elaine Crew of Cincinnati; and 11 grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 1-4 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
