Under the new code, male teachers and administrators would have to wear a dress shirt, tie and dress slacks.
Women would have to wear "professional dresses or skirts" no shorter than two inches above the bend of the knee.
There would be a ban on "facial jewelry" and no earrings for men.
Jeans, shorts, slippers, sneakers, provocative shirts and tops, T-shirts and spandex outfits would be banned.
Physical education and vocational teachers would be exempt from the new guidelines.
