There seems to be a growing trend toward a lack of toilet facilities. The Arco service stations have closed all their toilets. And now, the Lucky stores refused to let me use their bathroom when I had an emergency. I object to this trend.

About the cement vandal: Why is no one, the boy and his friends, looking for the workman who gave them permission? I'd think the four of them could identify the man.

If the people who poured the cement had waited around for a hour or two until it dried, he couldn't have written his name. In addition, they probably have a disgruntled employee who told him to do it.

About taxicabs: They cut off my grandson twice yesterday, on the way to work and on the way back. Also, they almost hit me on the street and in an alley. Why don't they get tickets?

Citizens of Nevada: Let's wake up and speak out about a nuclear dump site. We are going to be in terrible trouble if we do not speak out against this terrible, terrible thing. We do not want it in our back yard.

The taxpayers should hold Clinton's golfing buddy responsible for the knee injury he received. I'm sure he has homeowner's insurance, which would cover it.

I don't believe the North Las Vegas police chief should step down because he got a DUI, just because he's in a high-profile occupation. If I get a DUI, do I have to step down?
