AGE: 22
CHARGES: Child abuse with substantial bodily harm. Warrant issued Jan. 28.
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet 6, 145 pounds, black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos of "Laura" on left middle finger and three dots across right hand.
SUSPECT: Jose Lopez Garcia
AGE: 32
CHARGES: Sexual assault with a minor under 16 years old (3 counts), lewdness with a child under 14 years old. Warrant issued Jan. 13.
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet 6, 130 pounds, black hair, brown eyes.
