Here is how the Las Vegas City Council voted Monday to spend tax money:
$443,939 -- Awarded to Burst Communications of Phoenix for television studio equipment.
$70,000 -- Added to other estimates of $145,000 awarded to Ted Wiens Tire and Auto for vehicle tires and repairs.
$25,000 -- Consulting services contract awarded to William M. Mercer Investment Consulting Inc. to review city deferred compensation programs.
$25,000 -- Awarded to Swisher & Hall Architects for extended contract administration for the new Municipal Pool.
