Hundreds of Culinary Union members will rally Thursday for Rep. Shelley Berkley, D-Nev., before voting early at the Clark County Government Building.
Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman and John Wilhelm, president of the Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees International Union, will attend.
Two rallies are scheduled -- one at 10 a.m. and one at 5 p.m. -- at the Culinary Union Hall, 1630 S. Commerce St. Union members will then take buses to the county building to vote.
Berkley, who is running against state Sen. Jon Porter, R-Henderson, plans to attend, pending the adjournment of Congress.
