Donald Stolz is accused of shattering five plate glass windows in Harrah's casino in downtown Reno on Saturday - one day after he was released from the state mental hospital.
Stolz faces a felony charge of malicious destruction of property. Damage is estimated at $13,500. His bail is $2,780.
Stolz was last arrested in March for throwing a brick through the window of a Reno police substation on Plaza Street. He said at the time he has been smashing windows for two decades in his quest to free John Mazzan, whose conviction and death sentence for murdering a Reno judge's son 21 years ago was overturned by the Nevada Supreme Court earlier this year.
