Airport gets stimulus funds

The Boulder City Airport will receive up to $1.25 million in grant money to resurface its main runway.

The Boulder City airport serviced an estimated 200,000 passengers in 2008, averaging about 300 flights per day, he said.

The airport earlier this year got $1 million from the Federal Aviation Administration for other runway improvements.
