Henderson Police have charged two men with murder in connection with the death of a man whose burned body was discovered in the desert south of the Henderson Executive Airport in November.

Police arrested and charged 29-year-old Michael Smith and 25-year-old Dajaun Gamble with the murder of Jeff Anderson. The investigation revealed that Smith and Gamble robbed and killed Anderson and later took his body to a remote area, where it was burned.

The body was found on the morning of Nov. 21 by off-duty police officers during a training session on Larson Lane, east of Las Vegas Boulevard.

Smith was arrested in Los Angeles today and faces an extradition hearing. Gamble was arrested at his home in Las Vegas on March 24.
