I’ve had many good laughs this past week reading the letters to the editor from loyal Fox News Channel viewers. But it does frighten me to think that so many people honestly think Fox is “fair and balanced.”
It simply amazes me that anyone can watch the paranoid rants of Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck, the hysterical screaming of Bill O’Reilly and the pompous silliness of Brit Hume and think they are being honestly informed.
When reading their letters I can only think of a marvelous quote from a wonderful senator from New York, Daniel Patrick Moynihan, who once said, “Everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but not his own facts.”
