U.S. 95/I-15 interchange
The ramp that carries traffic from northbound U.S. 95 to northbound Interstate 15 was set to open temporarily at 5 a.m. today.
The ramp will close again in a few months before its final alignment, transportation officials said.
The Nevada Department of Transportation, in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration, is working to improve the I-15 corridor from U.S. 95, known as the Spaghetti Bowl, to Craig Road.
This project's purpose is to relieve congestion and improve traffic flow in the I-15 corridor.
North Corridor Constructors, a CH2M Hill/Las Vegas Paving Corp. joint venture, is the design-build general contractor for the project. For more updates and project information, visit www.i15project.com.
