Crash location
A driver is in critical condition after a rollover accident at Rancho Road and Charleston Avenue early Sunday morning.
At 3:12 a.m., a 1988 Mazda MX-6, driven by James Manker, 19, traveled through a red light, police said, hitting a 2006 Chevy Silverado driven by Armando Palomino, 24.
The Silverado flipped onto its roof. Both vehicles came to rest in a parking lot at the intersection, police said.
Manker was transported to University Medical Center with critical injuries. Palomino had minor injuries and was treated and released at UMC, police said.
The accident remains under investigation.
