So George Knapp, my KLAS I-Team colleague, who has been crusading against the rural water grab for years, produces a scathing and brilliant evisceration of the project in a special documentary for the CBS affiliate. Knapp, for his efforts, wins a Peabody, the most prestigious award in broadcast journalism.
