It is gratifying to read that we still have some logical thinkers out there. How can you possibly solve a problem if you refuse to acknowledge it and discuss it? President George W. Bush and his high-handed cowboy attitude only alienated our friends. The countries that had admired us ended up hating us because of his stupidity. President Barack Obama has the intelligence and instincts to know that you catch more bees with honey than vinegar.
Shaking hands with and accepting a book from Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez was a clever, gracious gesture and a huge plus sign for America. I applaud the president for his innate sense of what’s right. He will bring around our enemies, just watch and see!
