A traffic accident on the 215 Beltway near the Gibson Road on-ramp caused traffic delays for morning commuters.

An accident today on the 215 Beltway in Henderson caused some delays for motorists. The accident occurred at approximately 9:45 a.m. on the 215 Beltway near Gibson Road.
Nevada Highway Patrol troopers at the scene said a gray Honda Accord and a blue Chevrolet Aveo collided with one other in the center of the freeway while trying to change lanes.
Both the Honda and the Chevrolet lost control and crashed into the center median, with the Honda suffering significant front-end damage.
There were no injuries to the two drivers involved, the NHP said.
